Most sheds we take are still full of paint cans, tools, bikes, and boxes. You do not need to empty it first — tell us what is inside and we will price the clear-out with the tear-down. Paint, chemicals, and solvents are the one exception; those need a licensed disposal service.

Sheds on wood skids or a gravel pad come out cleanly and we rake the footprint so it is safe to walk on. If yours sits on a concrete slab, tell us up front and let us know whether you want the slab broken out too — that is priced as light demolition on top of the shed.
